Communication
Let's keep this as simple as possible...
Any information we gather from you is solely for the purpose of communicating with our customers who opt-in for a dialog. We plan to send out occasional emails/newsletter as significant events occur (new product lines arrive, a new store opens, something big happens in little artika, etc). We may also contact you to follow up on customer service issues, like to let you know we've shipped something, or if something you ordered has arrived.
But we pledge not to bombard you with email. We also promise not to sell or otherwise provide your information to any other businesses or individuals. The one exception is our partners, haus modern living. Since we share space and a point-of-sale system with them at this point, there is information sharing. When most people shop at our store, they buy a little bit of our stuff and a little bit of their stuff. It works out nicely :-)

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can do so within the first 7 days from the date of the receipt.
From 7-30 days, you can have a store credit. Just be sure to bring in your receipt and the item, in its original packaging. Please note that once clothing has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned because we cannot resell stuff with poop on it. If you have an issue with something that has been used already, please bring it in to discuss.
